Guest Suites and Rates |

¨ Check-in: Flexible up to 9:00pm ¨ Check-out: 11:00am the day of departure. ¨ All rates are based on double occupancy (2 people per room). ¨ The guest houses are an indoor smoke-free environment. ¨ Advance deposit $55.00US of one night’s stay is required to confirm reservation for any stay under 6 days; two-night deposit $110.00US for reservations of 7 days or more. 9% hotel tax is not included in deposit rates. ¨ Full payment is required upon arrival. ¨ Due to our small size, cancellations impact us significantly; 14-day notice required for refund of deposit. A $25.00US cancellation fee will apply. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or no-shows. ¨ We prefer US Travelers Checks, or Cash (US or Belizean). We also accept Visa and Mastercard. |

All five suites are furnished with queen or twin size beds and private baths with shower. Each have cable television, ceiling fans & air conditioning. Bathrooms feature lots of hot water, soaps and plush towels. A full kitchen, dining and living room are equipped for your convenience. Complimentary coffee, teas and juice are offered. We also offer free bicycle & swimming pool usage to our guests.
$55.00US per suite per day or $350.00US per week Rollaways are available for an additional $10.00US per day each. 9% hotel tax is not included in rates above. Rates subject to change without notice. |
